St. Albert's Robotics Teams participated in the FIRST Lego League Qualifying Tournament in Carson City on
Saturday, November 16. Congratulations to the Dynamic Designers, Royal Sharknados, Cretaceous Coders, and La Ratatool.
All teams did an outstanding job on their presentations and competed fiercely in the robot game. Excellent teamwork and gracious professionalism pushed our teams to the top!
The Cretaceous Coders won the 2nd place Champions Award, the Dynamic Designers won the 1st place Core Values Award, La Ratatool won the Motivate Award, and... Mr. Kearney won the Coach/Mentor Award!
The Dynamic Designers and Cretaceous Coders attended the FIRST Lego League Championship at Mendive Middle School on
December 14, 2024. They competed against the top 24 teams from all of Northern Nevada. The robot game was very exciting with the Dynamic Designers coming in 3rd and the Cretaceous Coders placing 9th. The Dynamic Designers won the Innovation Project Award, bringing home another trophy to St. Alberts!
