Computer Science instruction is focused on typing ability; coding; problem solving activities; internet use and safety; testing preparation; and document, spreadsheet and slideshow creation. Examples of educational platforms used include IXL, Raz-Kids, Code.org, Scratch, Google for Education, and Keyboarding without Tears.
St. Albert The Great school is equipped with student, faculty & guest Wi-Fi throughout the campus, and networked workstations in the lab and classrooms. In the classrooms there are desktop computers, iPads and Chromebooks that are used to enhance classroom instruction.
Students use Chromebooks for standardized testing in the Fall, Winter, and Spring. K-8 take MAPS test.
